She’s got some weird kids doesn’t she? :) I’ve got to brag on Mom again today…I haven’t written about it on here because this happened while I was finishing up schoolwork, but Mom finished her first 5K the day before Easter in about 37 minutes…and got 3rd place in her age group! :) Yay Mom!! :) Here is my Mother’s Day post from last year ! :)

I've been working on this off and on all summer and I finally finished!! :) I didn't have a pattern or anything, I was pretty much making it up as I go! And I'm really happy with it! :) I lined the back (because Mom likes things lined! I'm bad about forgetting it's a possibility hahaha! Things always look so nice and finished when they're lined! :) ). Also, the pockets are actually "double-pockets" if that's a technical term.  And I appliquéd flowers onto the pockets, made out of paisley shapes. :)

It's not coming now because I've gotta get Sarah off the Guitar Hero and go to sleep now!! Which means, I'm done sewing for the night!! :) :)

1st off....One year ago today, this was me... Yay!! A year ago today, I graduated with my 1st degree from Auburn :)  Here's my  diploma   :) :) Which I haven't framed. I had a pretty frame, but the diploma was a bit big for it...and all the other frames are crazy expensive...so I'm thinking that when I'm done getting degrees, I'll get them all framed together :) And today, I'm looking through some old pictures as I organize the mess on my external hard drive.  When i get done, I'll work on my scrapbook of the wedding planning process through the first year of marriage :)  Here's some old pictures I found along the way...
